To answer #1, If you don’t already have a lender we will place you with a VA approved lender and you can usually be pre-qualified within a day or two.  We have seen recently most of our clients with a 620+ credit score get an interest rate below 3%

To answer #2, about 37 days on average.  Once you find a house you like and we negotiate a contract with the seller it usually takes a little more than a month to get finished.

To answer #3, we can start now.  Through the “Property Search” feature on this website you will have access to every listing available in the area.  Take a look.  Call us and we can answer any questions you may have, whether about home listings or about the VA process.  We will put a list together of your favorite houses and when you have a few hours we’ll go out and see them.

To answer #4, Nothing.   Yes, Nothing.  You get all of our dedication and buyer representation services for free.  How? When you buy a home that is listed on the MLS,  the seller of the home you purchase pays the brokerage fee for you.
